With our ongoing efforts and commitment to helping you as we face the unprecedented crisis created by COVID-19, we wanted to reach out to you as many of you are taking this time to remodel your establishment. In doing so, if movement of the Video Gaming Devices (VGD’s) or Music Box is needed, we ask that you contact our Service Manager (Chris Gulotta) at (504) 524-2300 in order for him to best assist you in having no down time when resuming your normal operations. The VGD’s are connected with delicate fiber optic cables that are easily damaged and will interrupt your devices from communicating with the State Police and your VGD’s will not go back online when we go LIVE again. If you have any other questions or concerns please call (504) 835-3232.
We are working on video poker renewals !!! Please click here for information or call (504)835-3232 or (504) 309-1224.
All of us at Lucky Coin Machine Company value your partnership and hope you and your extended families remain healthy and safe. We are all anxious and eager to see business return to something resembling normal, and we want to be ready as that begins to happen. In order to help you prepare for your reopening, we have added a few PDF files to our webpage that you can print out and post in your venue for your gaming/amusement equipment to ease the minds of your patrons and also guide you on the recommended ways to clean and disinfect your touchscreens without causing damage. The recommended methods will eliminate any downtime due to heavy chemical damage on the Touchscreens as they are sensitive to certain chemicals.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to a member of our team. We are always here to help!
